Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and legally astute Merchandising & Planning professional with a background in law to join our dynamic team in Indore. This role will involve strategic planning and execution of merchandising initiatives, with a particular focus on ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and contractual obligations within the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal understanding to optimize product offerings, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to the overall commercial success of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for new and existing telecom products and services, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives.
- Analyze sales data, market intelligence, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product assortment optimization and promotional campaigns.
- Review and draft commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring legal soundness and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and sales teams to ensure all merchandising activities adhere to Indian telecom regulations, consumer protection laws, and company policies.
- Manage product life cycles, including planning for launches, inventory management, and end-of-life strategies.
- Oversee the creation of compelling product descriptions and marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct legal due diligence on potential partners and suppliers.
- Provide legal insights and support for pricing strategies and promotional offers.
- Monitor industry legal developments and advise on their impact on merchandising and planning operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on merchandising performance, market analysis, and legal compliance for senior management.
