Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising, Retail & eCommerce Associate with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. This role will support the merchandising and retail operations, contributing to the effective presentation and sales of our products. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts degree and a keen interest in retail and e-commerce strategies within the metals and mining sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of merchandising strategies for retail channels.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Support the development and implementation of e-commerce initiatives, including product listings and online promotions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product placement and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product displays and promotional materials.
- Ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date across all sales platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand market positioning and identify best practices.
- Provide administrative support for merchandising and retail operations as required.
