Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a Merchandising, Retail & eCommerce role. This position will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to enhance our retail offerings, optimize online sales channels, and improve the overall customer shopping experience, particularly for ancillary products and services within the aviation context. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for product selection, pricing, and promotion, coupled with a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for both online and offline retail channels, focusing on aviation-related merchandise and services.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion and optimization.
- Manage product lifecycle, including sourcing, inventory planning, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Oversee the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience, accurate product listings, and efficient order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product campaigns and promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover.
- Identify and evaluate potential new retail partnerships and e-commerce collaborations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements related to retail and e-commerce operations.
