Role Summary: The Merchandising, Retail & eCommerce role within VA Tech Wabag Limited will focus on developing and executing strategies to enhance the visibility and accessibility of our water treatment solutions and related products through various retail and e-commerce channels. This role requires a blend of market understanding, product knowledge, and digital commerce expertise to drive sales and brand presence in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for water treatment products and services across online and offline retail platforms.
- Manage and optimize product listings, content, and pricing on e-commerce websites and marketplaces relevant to the Indian market.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new merchandising opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment of merchandising efforts with business objectives.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and special offers to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and manage relationships with retail partners and e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from product discovery to purchase and post-purchase support.
