Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandising professional with a B.Pharma background to join our growing team in Kolkata. This role will be instrumental in driving our retail and eCommerce strategies, focusing on product presentation, assortment planning, and sales optimization within the petrochemical and plastics sector. You will leverage your understanding of product lifecycles and consumer behavior to enhance our market presence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for retail and online channels, ensuring product visibility and appeal.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion and optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product displays and promotional campaigns.
- Manage inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to adapt merchandising strategies accordingly.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely product launches and updates.
- Contribute to the development and execution of eCommerce initiatives, including website content management and online product listings.
- Ensure product information accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
