Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with 3-4 years of experience in Merchandising, Retail & eCommerce to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will support the strategic planning and execution of merchandising initiatives within a legal corporate environment, focusing on optimizing product presentation, inventory management, and sales performance. A strong understanding of retail operations and e-commerce platforms is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment and inventory optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies for online and offline channels.
- Manage product catalog, ensuring accurate and appealing product descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure stock availability and minimize stock-outs.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to merchandising, sales, and customer engagement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and campaigns.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in merchandising, retail, and e-commerce.
