Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual with a B.Pharma background and 3-5 years of experience to join our organization in Thane. This role will focus on enhancing the merchandising, retail, and e-commerce strategies for our pharmaceutical-related initiatives and products. You will be instrumental in optimizing product presentation, sales channels, and customer engagement to drive growth and impact within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies for pharmaceutical products, ensuring optimal visual appeal and accessibility across various retail and online platforms.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for product placement and promotional campaigns.

Manage and optimize e-commerce operations, including website content, product listings, pricing, and inventory management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of retail and e-commerce strategies.

Monitor sales performance and key e-commerce metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management.

Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards in merchandising and sales activities.

Contribute to the development of new product launches and promotional materials, with a focus on market appeal and accessibility.
