Merchant Acquisition - BD / Pre Sales

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Merchant Acquisition professional to join our Business Development / Pre-Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new merchants across various sectors to leverage our advertising and media solutions within the TV and Radio industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of the media landscape in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for identifying and acquiring new merchants for advertising and promotional opportunities across ZEE's TV and Radio platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their advertising needs and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing merchants through proactive engagement and regular communication.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of each merchant.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and successful campaign execution for acquired merchants.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Track and report on sales pipeline, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, competitor activities, and emerging advertising technologies.
