Merchant Acquisition - BD / Pre Sales - Furniture & Furnishing (Jaipur) - 3-5 Yrs

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Merchant Acquisition professional with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new merchants and partners within the furniture and furnishing sector to expand our network and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and research potential merchants and business partners in the furniture and furnishing industry within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategies to approach and engage prospective merchants, highlighting the value proposition of partnering with Pepperfry.
- Conduct pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and addressing merchant queries and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing merchants, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with merchants to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for merchant acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, marketing) to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new merchants.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly merchant acquisition targets.
