Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Metallurgist with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of metal components used in our beauty and personal care product packaging and manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of material properties, failure analysis, and quality control within a fast-paced industrial environment. As a Metallurgist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing material selection and processing to meet stringent industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct material testing and analysis to assess the properties and performance of metal alloys used in packaging (e.g., aluminum, steel, tinplate).
Investigate material failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to select appropriate materials for new product development and manufacturing processes.
Develop and implement quality control procedures for incoming raw materials and finished metal components.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations for materials used in cosmetic packaging.
Maintain accurate records of material testing, analysis, and quality control data.
Stay updated with advancements in metallurgical science and technology relevant to the beauty and personal care industry.
