MF Distributer / Advisor (3-5 Yrs) - Leather Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and legally astute MF Distributer / Advisor to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of distribution channels, financial markets, and possess a LLB degree, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience. This role will be crucial in developing and managing our distribution network for our leather products, ensuring compliance with all legal and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the distribution of leather products, identifying key markets and channels.
- Advise on financial strategies related to distribution and sales, optimizing profitability.
- Ensure all distribution activities comply with Indian legal frameworks, including contract law, consumer protection, and financial regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess competitor activities.
- Provide legal and financial guidance on partnership agreements and vendor contracts.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align distribution strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, legal amendments, and market dynamics within the leather and footwear sector.
