Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MF Distributer / Advisor with 3-5 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our distribution network for our textile and apparel products, ensuring efficient sales and market penetration. This role requires a strong understanding of distribution channels, sales strategies, and market dynamics within the Indian textile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective distribution strategies to maximize market reach and sales volume for Raymond products.
- Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Monitor distributor performance, providing support and guidance to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage inventory levels within the distribution network to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.
