Microbiologist (2-3 Yrs) - Bangalore

We are seeking a motivated Microbiologist with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for ensuring quality control and compliance within our operations, particularly in relation to laboratory management and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and maintenance of laboratory facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of quality control protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and prepare reports on microbiological testing and analysis.
- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents, ensuring timely procurement and efficient utilization.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and accuracy in laboratory operations.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all laboratory activities, including test results and equipment calibration.
- Understand and apply business principles to laboratory operations, focusing on cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.
