Microbiologist

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microbiologist to join our Environmental and Health & Safety (EHS) team. The Microbiologist will be responsible for conducting microbial analysis, monitoring environmental conditions, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across our various infrastructure and real estate projects in India. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of public health and environmental safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine and specialized microbial testing of water, soil, air, and building materials.

Develop and implement sampling plans for environmental monitoring.

Analyze and interpret microbiological data, preparing detailed reports for EHS and project management.

Identify potential microbial hazards and recommend mitigation strategies.

Ensure adherence to all relevant national and international environmental and safety standards (e.g., WHO, BIS).

Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure the proper functioning of analytical instruments.

Collaborate with project teams to address microbial contamination issues.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in microbiology and environmental science.
