Microbiologist - M.Sc Professionals (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Microbiologist with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and safety of our medical devices and equipment through rigorous microbiological testing and analysis. You will be instrumental in supporting our research and development efforts and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and specialized microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished medical devices.
- Develop and validate new microbiological testing methods as required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all experimental procedures, results, and observations.
- Prepare microbiological media, reagents, and solutions.
- Perform environmental monitoring of cleanrooms and manufacturing areas.
- Identify, isolate, and characterize microorganisms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to microbiological testing and contamination control.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant industry regulations.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in microbiology and relevant scientific literature.
