Role Summary: The Microfinance Executive will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of microfinance clients, ensuring loan disbursements, repayments, and client relationship management. This role is crucial for expanding our reach and impact in underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to assess potential clients and their creditworthiness.
Educate clients on loan products, terms, and repayment schedules.
Facilitate loan application process and ensure timely disbursement.
Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community leaders.
Collect and verify client documentation.
Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
