Microfinance Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Microfinance Executive to join our team at UPL Limited. This role will be instrumental in managing and supporting microfinance initiatives, particularly focusing on our farmer network and supply chain partners within India. The executive will be responsible for the smooth operation of microfinance programs, ensuring accessibility and efficient utilization of financial services for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage microfinance loan disbursement and recovery processes for farmers and channel partners.
- Conduct financial literacy and awareness programs for beneficiaries.
- Monitor loan utilization and provide guidance on financial management.
- Collaborate with financial institutions and microfinance partners to develop tailored financial products.
- Maintain accurate records of all microfinance transactions and prepare regular reports.
- Assess the financial needs of the farmer community and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Support the development and implementation of new microfinance strategies and initiatives.
- Address queries and concerns from beneficiaries regarding microfinance services.
