Microfinance Executive - Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate (1-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Microfinance Executive with 1-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM degree to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will support the financial operations related to microfinance initiatives within our infrastructure, transport, and real estate projects. This role involves direct engagement with stakeholders, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with microfinance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the disbursement and collection of microfinance loans for project-affected communities and small vendors involved in HCC projects.
- Conduct financial assessments and due diligence on potential microfinance beneficiaries.
- Monitor loan repayment schedules and take proactive measures to address any delinquencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports related to microfinance operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant microfinance regulations and internal policies.
- Support in developing microfinance product offerings tailored to the needs of the infrastructure and real estate sectors.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify financing gaps and opportunities for microfinance interventions.
- Prepare financial statements, performance reports, and presentations for management.
- Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies for microfinance portfolios.
- Engage with community members and stakeholders to build trust and facilitate financial inclusion.
