Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytically inclined Microfinance Executive with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role is ideal for a recent M.Tech graduate looking to apply their technical and analytical skills in the fast-paced events and live entertainment sector. You will support the financial operations related to microfinance initiatives within our entertainment projects and ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management and tracking of microfinance loan disbursements and repayments for event-related vendors and participants.
Conduct data analysis on financial performance of microfinance programs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and presentations for management.
Support in the development and implementation of new microfinance strategies and policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance and operational efficiency.
Utilize M.Tech knowledge in quantitative analysis and financial modeling to support decision-making.
