We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Documentation / Research professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, and supporting the legal department in various capacities. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks for our technology-focused operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law impacting the technology sector.
- Analyze legal data and provide clear, concise summaries and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of legal opinions, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize legal records and databases.
- Support the legal team in litigation and dispute resolution processes, as required.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and legal requirements.
