We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Somnologist to join our growing team in Surat. In this role, you will be instrumental in understanding and optimizing sleep patterns and related physiological processes within our chemical manufacturing environment, ensuring employee well-being and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a professional with 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree, bringing a unique blend of analytical and technical expertise to our health and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive sleep assessments and analyze polysomnography data to diagnose sleep disorders.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for employees suffering from sleep-related issues, considering the demanding nature of the chemical industry.
Utilize MCA skills to analyze large datasets related to employee health, sleep quality, and potential occupational hazards within chemical plants.
Collaborate with occupational health and safety teams to integrate sleep health into broader workplace wellness programs.
Educate employees and management on the importance of sleep hygiene and its impact on productivity and safety.
Stay updated with the latest research and technological advancements in somnology and their application in industrial settings.
Manage electronic health records and ensure data privacy and compliance.
