Role Summary:
We are seeking a versatile Midstream professional to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of assets and data through our production pipelines, bridging the gap between different departments and stages of the VFX and animation workflow. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for optimizing creative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the transfer of assets between different software and departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file formats, data integrity, and pipeline bottlenecks.
- Implement and maintain efficient workflows for asset management and version control.
- Collaborate with artists, supervisors, and technical directors to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Develop and document pipeline tools and procedures.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of production environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our midstream processes.
