We are seeking a talented and driven M.Tech graduate with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team as a Midstream - Other specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing and managing various stages of our animation and VFX pipelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data flow, asset management, and the successful delivery of high-quality visual content. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve existing midstream processes within the VFX and animation pipeline.
- Develop and implement tools and scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical directors, artists, and production teams to troubleshoot pipeline issues.
- Manage and maintain digital assets, ensuring proper version control and organization.
- Monitor and optimize render farm performance and resource allocation.
- Contribute to the research and development of new pipeline technologies and methodologies.
- Document technical processes and workflows for team reference.
- Ensure seamless integration of different software and tools within the pipeline.
