Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Midstream Professional to join our team in Delhi. This role is crucial for optimizing our upstream and downstream processes within the pulp and paper manufacturing lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and 3-4 years of experience in relevant industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of midstream operations, including raw material handling, intermediate product processing, and logistics coordination.
Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality control, supply chain) to ensure seamless workflow and product quality.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all midstream activities.
Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical support to resolve them promptly.
Maintain accurate records of operations, inventory, and performance metrics.
