Mine Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mine Manager to oversee operations at our innovative sports and leisure facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient, safe, and sustainable management of our unique 'mining' themed adventure park, which simulates an underground mining experience for recreational purposes. The Mine Manager will be responsible for all aspects of operational planning, resource management, safety protocols, and team leadership within the park's designated 'mine' areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans for the 'mine' attraction, ensuring alignment with the company's leisure and recreation objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, including visitor flow, safety checks, and maintenance of simulated mining equipment and environments.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to a recreational facility.
- Manage a team of operational staff, including guides, technicians, and safety personnel, providing training and performance management.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential hazards within the 'mine' attraction.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for the operation of the attraction.
