Mine Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mine Manager to oversee all aspects of our mining operations. The Mine Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and environmentally compliant extraction of resources, managing personnel, and optimizing production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive mine plans and production schedules.
* Supervise and manage all mining activities, including drilling, blasting, excavation, and transportation.
* Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
* Manage and lead a team of mining engineers, geologists, and operational staff.
* Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
* Oversee inventory management of mining supplies and consumables.
* Prepare regular reports on production, safety, environmental compliance, and financial performance.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
