Mine Manager (B.Sc Required) - Vijayawada

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mine Manager with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to oversee and manage mining operations at our Vijayawada facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant extraction of resources while adhering to all environmental and safety regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to operational management and a strong understanding of mining processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day mining activities, including drilling, blasting, and extraction processes.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety audits.
- Monitor and manage equipment performance and maintenance schedules.
- Oversee resource management, including inventory of materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with geologists and engineers on mine planning and operational strategies.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate regular reports.
- Implement best practices to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Train and guide junior staff and mine workers.
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards and permits.
