Mine Manager role in Fertilizers / Pesticides / Agro chemicals

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mine Manager with 2-4 years of experience to oversee mining operations related to raw material extraction for our fertilizer and agrochemical production. The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree and a strong understanding of mining processes, safety regulations, and resource management. This role is crucial for ensuring a consistent and high-quality supply of essential minerals for our manufacturing units. The position is based in Thiruvananthapuram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise all mining activities, including exploration, extraction, and processing of minerals.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Develop and implement efficient mining strategies to optimize resource utilization and production output.
• Manage and lead a team of mining professionals, engineers, and laborers.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of mining equipment and machinery.
• Monitor operational costs and implement measures for cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with geological and engineering teams for mine planning and development.
• Prepare regular reports on mining operations, production, safety, and financial performance.
