Mining Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mining Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing mining operations related to the extraction of raw materials essential for our petrochemical and polymer production processes. This role requires a deep understanding of geological principles, mining techniques, safety regulations, and environmental compliance within the Indian context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive mine plans, including exploration, extraction, and reclamation strategies.
- Conduct geological surveys and analyze data to identify viable mineral deposits.
- Supervise and manage all aspects of mining operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental standards, and government policies in India.
- Monitor and control mining equipment, maintenance schedules, and operational costs.
- Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports on mine performance, resource estimation, and operational challenges.
- Implement innovative mining technologies and methodologies to improve extraction processes.
- Manage mine closure and rehabilitation activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
