Mining Geologist

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mining Geologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for geological exploration, resource estimation, and providing technical expertise to support mining operations. This role requires a strong understanding of geological principles, exploration techniques, and data analysis within the context of industrial automation solutions for the mining sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct geological mapping, sampling, and drilling programs to identify and delineate mineral resources.
- Analyze geological data, including core logging, assay results, and geophysical surveys, to define ore bodies and mineral potential.
- Develop and maintain geological models and resource estimates using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with mine planning engineers to integrate geological data into mine design and production scheduling.
- Oversee exploration activities and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide geological input for feasibility studies and project development.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in geological exploration techniques and technologies, including their application in industrial automation systems.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
