Role Summary: The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Management Information Systems (MIS) of the organization. This role involves data collection, analysis, reporting, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information used for decision-making. The MIS Executive will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide timely and relevant reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update MIS databases and systems.
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide insights.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new MIS tools and functionalities.
- Provide training and support to users on MIS systems and reporting tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MIS data and systems.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless data flow.
