MIS Executive for Any Postgraduate Graduates (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented MIS Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree and a strong understanding of data management and reporting within the fitness and wellness sector. You will be instrumental in maintaining and improving our management information systems to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate regular MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on key performance indicators for various departments, including sales, operations, and customer engagement.

Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.

Develop and implement new reporting tools and dashboards to enhance data visualization and accessibility.

Collaborate with different departments to understand their reporting needs and provide customized solutions.

Assist in the preparation of presentations and summaries for senior management.

Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure the smooth functioning of MIS systems.
