MIS Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical MIS Manager to join our dynamic team at Eventela in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Management Information Systems to support efficient business operations and strategic decision-making within the fast-paced events and live entertainment industry. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain MIS strategies and systems aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to event planning, execution, sales, and finance.
• Design and generate regular MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities from data to provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all MIS platforms.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored MIS solutions.
• Manage and support MIS software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
• Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools and processes.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing MIS systems and processes.
