MIS Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MIS Manager to join our dynamic team. The MIS Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our Information Management Systems, ensuring smooth operations, data integrity, and robust IT infrastructure to support our rapidly expanding content development and language services. This role is critical in providing the technological backbone for our innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT strategies and policies aligned with company goals.
• Manage and support all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software.
• Oversee data management, security, and backup procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Lead IT support and troubleshooting efforts, resolving technical issues for all employees.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and software to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and updated to protect company assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an MIS Manager or in a similar IT management role.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, server administration, and database management.
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and language technology tools is desirable.
