Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MIS Manager to oversee and manage the Management Information Systems (MIS) of our organization. The MIS Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that collect, process, and analyze data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency in the fast-paced telecom/ISP industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement MIS strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of databases and information systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all systems.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for MIS solutions.
• Manage and mentor the MIS team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and software to improve MIS capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and system integration.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
