MIS Manager - Government / Public Administration Sector (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and technically adept MIS Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Management Information Systems (MIS) to support the operational efficiency and strategic decision-making within the government and public administration sector. This role requires a strong understanding of data management, reporting, and system analysis, complemented by an M.Tech degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics relevant to public administration.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all MIS platforms.
- Collaborate with various government departments and stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide timely MIS solutions.
- Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement; implement enhancements to optimize data collection, processing, and reporting.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on MIS tools and procedures.
- Develop and document MIS policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage database operations, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and trends in MIS and data analytics, particularly as they apply to the public sector.
