Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Mobile Apps Testing Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to join our growing team in Mangalore. As a key member of our product development lifecycle, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile applications, specifically focusing on our accounting and financial management platforms. Your BBA/BBM background will be instrumental in understanding user flows and business logic within financial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, usability, performance, and security testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Analyze user feedback and application performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that the mobile applications meet business requirements and user expectations, leveraging your BBA/BBM understanding of business processes.
