Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Molecular Biologist to join our dynamic R&D team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing novel agrochemical solutions through advanced molecular biology techniques. Key Responsibilities:
Design and conduct experiments related to gene expression, genetic engineering, and molecular diagnostics for crop protection and enhancement.
Utilize molecular biology techniques such as PCR, qPCR, DNA/RNA extraction, cloning, and sequencing.
Analyze and interpret complex molecular data, troubleshoot experimental issues, and propose solutions.
Contribute to the development of new product formulations and efficacy testing.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and prepare technical reports and presentations.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including chemists, agronomists, and field researchers.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in molecular biology and agricultural sciences.
