Molecular Biologist

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Molecular Biologist to join our innovative team. This role will be instrumental in driving research and development initiatives within our fitness and wellness organization, focusing on understanding the molecular basis of health, performance, and recovery. You will contribute to developing evidence-based solutions that enhance our offerings and provide scientific validation for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct experiments related to molecular biology, genetics, and cellular processes relevant to human health and fitness.
• Analyze and interpret complex biological data, including genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data.
• Develop and optimize molecular assays and techniques (e.g., PCR, qPCR, Western blotting, ELISA, sequencing).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product development, and nutritionists, to translate scientific findings into practical applications.
• Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature and technological advancements in molecular biology, genetics, and sports science.
• Contribute to the preparation of scientific reports, publications, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with all laboratory safety regulations and ethical guidelines.
