Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Molecular Biologist to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves assisting in the management and analysis of biological samples for quality control and operational efficiency within our logistics network. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of molecular biology principles and a willingness to learn and apply them in a non-traditional setting. This position is suited for individuals with a 12th Pass education and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, labeling, and storage of biological samples according to established protocols.
- Perform basic laboratory tasks such as sample preparation and data recording.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all sample handling and experimental procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and laboratory best practices.
- Support senior team members in conducting routine tests and analyses.
- Participate in quality control checks of incoming and outgoing biological materials.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify and report any anomalies or deviations in sample integrity or experimental results.
