Molecular Biologist - Beverage Sector (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Molecular Biologist with 1-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our R&D team in Lucknow. This role will focus on leveraging advanced molecular techniques to understand and enhance the biological processes relevant to beverage production, ensuring quality, innovation, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in molecular biology principles and a unique perspective gained from their LLM studies, potentially applying analytical and research skills to complex biological data and regulatory frameworks within the beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct experiments using molecular biology techniques such as PCR, qPCR, DNA/RNA extraction, and sequencing to analyze microbial populations and fermentation processes.
- Develop and validate new molecular assays for quality control and product development in the beverage sector.
- Analyze and interpret complex biological data, including genomic and transcriptomic information, to identify key factors influencing product characteristics.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in molecular biology and biotechnology relevant to the food and beverage industry.
- Contribute to research projects focused on improving ingredient quality, shelf-life, and sensory attributes of beverages through biological interventions.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to microbial contamination or fermentation performance using molecular diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production, to implement findings and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for research findings and experimental results.
- Apply analytical and research skills from LLM background to understand and navigate relevant scientific literature and potential regulatory considerations.
