We are seeking a creative and talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team at XpressJobs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling motion graphics for various marketing, training, and communication materials. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and user experience through innovative visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, website, advertisements, explainer videos, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing animated content.
- Create storyboards, scripts, and animatics to effectively visualize concepts and present ideas.
- Edit and assemble raw video footage, adding motion graphics, sound effects, music, and voiceovers.
- Ensure all motion graphics align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest motion graphics trends, techniques, and software.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
