Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Motorman to join our operations team. The Motorman will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company vehicles, ensuring timely and secure transportation of personnel and materials. This role requires adherence to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate company vehicles (cars, vans, small trucks) in a safe and responsible manner.
* Transport employees, clients, and company materials to designated locations.
* Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational readiness and report any defects.
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is well-maintained.
* Keep accurate logs of travel, mileage, and fuel consumption.
* Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed.
* Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively.
* Follow assigned routes and schedules, but be flexible to adapt to changes.
* Ensure the security of passengers and cargo during transit.
