Motorman

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Motorman to join our operations team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of various machinery and equipment within our agrochemical manufacturing facility. This role requires a keen eye for detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position is suitable for individuals with a Bachelor of Arts degree and 6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain various types of motors, pumps, compressors, and other mechanical equipment used in the production process.
Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
Ensure all machinery is operated within specified parameters and safety guidelines.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Maintain accurate logs of operational data, maintenance activities, and inventory of spare parts.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, environmental regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of new technologies and equipment.
Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
