Motorman - Water Treatment / Waste Management Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and technically inclined Motorman with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The Motorman will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plant machinery. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and continuous functioning of our treatment facilities, contributing to our mission of providing sustainable water solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various types of plant machinery, including pumps, blowers, motors, and control systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Perform routine checks and inspections of equipment to identify any potential issues or malfunctions.
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs on machinery.
- Record operational data, readings, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Assist senior technicians and engineers in troubleshooting and resolving equipment problems.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations within the plant premises.
- Respond to alarms and operational deviations promptly, taking appropriate corrective actions.
