Mountaineering Instructor

Role Summary: Wipro BPO is seeking an experienced and certified Mountaineering Instructor to lead and facilitate team-building and adventure activities for its employees. This role is designed to enhance employee morale, foster teamwork, and promote physical well-being through structured mountaineering expeditions and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive mountaineering training programs tailored for corporate employees with varying fitness levels.
• Lead and supervise safe and engaging mountaineering expeditions, treks, and climbing activities in designated locations across India.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, risk management procedures, and emergency response plans during activities.
• Provide expert instruction on essential mountaineering skills, including navigation, rope techniques, first aid, and survival skills.
• Conduct pre-activity briefings and post-activity debriefings to reinforce learning and gather feedback.
• Assess participant fitness and skill levels, making necessary adjustments to activity plans.
• Maintain and manage all mountaineering equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Collaborate with the HR and Employee Engagement teams to plan and execute corporate adventure programs.
