You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging mountaineering-related activities and educational content, leveraging your design thinking and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design innovative training modules and curriculum for mountaineering activities, catering to various skill levels.
Create visually appealing and informative educational materials, presentations, and safety guides.
Conduct practical training sessions and workshops, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback, adapting training methods as needed.
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute outdoor expeditions and adventure activities.
Maintain equipment and ensure a safe training environment.
