We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mountaineering Instructor to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, looking to leverage their outdoor expertise within a corporate learning and development environment. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging mountaineering and adventure-based training programs for our employees, focusing on team building, leadership, and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive mountaineering training modules, including technical skills, safety protocols, and expedition planning.
- Lead and supervise participants during outdoor expeditions and training sessions, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning and skill development.
- Adapt training content and methodologies to suit corporate objectives, focusing on soft skills development such as problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.
- Maintain and manage all mountaineering equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and compliant with safety standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mountaineering and adventure-based training.
