Music Arranger

Role Summary:
Mahindra & Mahindra is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Music Arranger with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our innovative team in Nagpur. This role involves conceptualizing and developing unique sonic experiences for our automotive products, enhancing brand identity and customer engagement through meticulously crafted musical arrangements. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in music arrangement and a strong understanding of design principles as applied to auditory experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to understand brand aesthetics and target audience for automotive sound design.
- Compose and arrange original musical pieces for various applications, including in-car infotainment systems, marketing campaigns, and brand jingles.
- Adapt and arrange existing musical themes to fit specific product requirements and emotional tones.
- Utilize a deep understanding of music theory, instrumentation, and arrangement techniques to create compelling auditory experiences.
- Ensure all musical arrangements align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in music production, sound design, and automotive audio technology.
- Contribute to the development of sonic branding strategies.
