Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Music Editor to join our team. The Music Editor will be responsible for selecting, licensing, and editing music for various internal and external communications, training materials, and promotional content within the law enforcement and security services sector. This role requires a keen understanding of music's impact on mood and messaging, ensuring that all audio elements align with the professional and sensitive nature of our work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and select appropriate music tracks for various projects, including training videos, corporate presentations, and security awareness campaigns.
- Negotiate and manage music licensing agreements to ensure legal compliance.
- Edit and mix music tracks to fit specific project requirements, including timing, fade-ins/outs, and volume adjustments.
- Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and marketing teams to understand project needs and deliver high-quality audio.
- Maintain an organized library of licensed music and associated documentation.
- Stay updated on music trends and industry best practices.
- Ensure all music used adheres to brand guidelines and project tone.
